KEVIN J. LACASSE - Principal
Co-founder of Greystone Real Estate Group in 1995, Kevin has been involved in the real estate industry for over 18 years, with previous experience at Welsh Companies. He now concentrates his activities in brokerage, development and real estate investment in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida.

JAMES E. ZELLER - Principal
After an extensive and successful background in operating and growing small businesses, Jim entered the real estate field to pursue a passion for matching real estate and business buyers with sellers. He provides Greystone with a unique business and marketing perspective.

BRIAN J. ZELLER - Principal
Brian was born and raised in the St. Croix River Valley. Brian received his education in the Hudson school system and went on to graduate from the University of St. Thomas. His business background includes business management, accounting and sales. Brian joined Greystone in 1999 and became a partner and managing broker in 2006. Brian is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He has extensive experience in sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial property.

STEVE OGREN - Associate
Having been born and raised in Stillwater, Steve is a life-long resident of the St. Croix Valley. This tenure has afforded him the benefit of strong and diverse relationships that help to bring together local buyers and sellers, as well as owners and lease tenants. Steve has been involved in commercial real estate since his graduation from St. John's University in 1987. Throughout his career, Steve has owned and operated businesses providing him with a wide array of experience in many facets of the commercial real estate market. Steve is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

JON WHITCOMB - Associate
Jon is a lifelong resident of the St. Croix Valley and started in the real estate business in 1984. During his 20+ years of sales and development in the East Metro area, Jon has been a part of many exciting projects. Jon's focus is commercial sales and leasing, along with special land and development opportunities. Jon has a real estate license in Minnesota and Wisconsin and is a licensed General Contractor in Minnesota.

DAVID ROBSON - Associate
David is the newest member of the Greystone Team. He has lived in the St. Croix Valley for the past 13 years and has over 30 years of experience in sales and management. During the past 25 years, David has owned and managed his own real estate investments. He also currently holds or has held positions on the board of directors for the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin and the St. Croix Valley YMCA. David's experience in commercial real estate development makes him a qualified candidate to handle all of your office, retail and industrial real estate needs. David is licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
